What experience do you have?
I was first trained at Delamar Academy in 2010 and have worked in Weddings and the Media (TV, Celebrity, Film and Fashion) now for over 10 years. This diverse experience means I can offer the latest make-up available, the latest looks in hair and make-up, vintage looks from my period drama work and much more. I have taken further courses in Hair, including one specifically for Bridal Hair. I have the skills and experience to give you stunning make-up and intricate hair that suits you while having the tools to ensure it lasts all day.
what do your prices include?
My prices include all travel up to 40 miles (elsewhere is £0.40p per mile), full use of my professional kit (with brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, Laura Mercier and NARS) along with free hair accessories such as pins, hair padding and false lashes. After your initial trial, you'll receive a full Wedding Schedule, to ensure you & your wedding party have a relaxing morning. Within your booking, I offer free gloss and glitter for under 10's as well.
WHy are your prices higher than some other artists?
My prices have been set with careful precision and comparison to ensure a fair yet high level service to my clients. Please see the list below for a summary of why and how the prices are set:

I'm confused about what package is right for me. CAn you help?
Yes. The bigger the package, the bigger the saving and then any treatments outside of these are priced individually. If having looked at the price list however, you are unsure of what is best for you then please contact me. I will happily put together a wedding proposal for you.This proposal outlines what package I think is best, what this includes and the overall cost of your trial and wedding day services.
how will you look after my large wedding party?
Large bookings are great and are not a problem for me and my team. Over the years, I have worked with some incredible artists so I use these lovely girls on my larger wedding bookings. They have at least 3 years experience in weddings and I have complete confidence and trust in their skills. A big giggling group of girls and artists is always fun and if some of your wedding party arrives at a later time, this is also fine. My wedding schedule, given to you months in advance, will mean you can be calm with the order of the morning. The only thing I would ask is that all of your party arrives on time for their individual time slots.
What other services do you provide?
Hair Extensions and Semi-Permanent Lashes. Why not add Hair Extensions to your wedding style, providing voluminous and gorgeous hair styling? These can be matched and tried free of charge at your trial and then, if you decide to go ahead, can be added to your wedding day schedule. In addition, you can add Semi-Permanent Lashes. These natural, full lashes will keep you looking gorgeous and glam all day and into your honeymoon, without ever having to touch a mascara wand! Please see the Prices page for more details on both.
How will i secure my wedding date with you?
It is essential to secure your date early, especially as it's in peak season (weekends April - October) as these dates go quickly. Once you have decided to book a trial with me, I will invoice your trial fee. This is paid via bank transfer. This deposit secures your trial date and your wedding day with me.
when do i book my preview?
Once you have decided to book with me, we can book your preview for as soon as you would like. It's ideal to have your colour scheme, dress and any other important aspects decided as this can sometimes impact your hair and make-up ideas. I normally recommend 1 year to 4 months before your wedding date. This means any changes can be made, like hair colour, skin prep, trying Semi-Perm Lashes etc.
I need some ideas for my wedding hair & make-up. can you help?
Absolutely! Having done this for many years, I have a very good idea about what suits people, both hair and make-up. If you are struggling with ideas, just let me know and I can email you some suggestions. We will also talk through ideas at your trial. For some inspiration, Pinterest can often provide some ideas of things to try (and things to avoid!).
i have sensitive or red skin. will your make-up be ok for me?
If you have sensitive skin, this is no problem. My kit provides for all skin types and I have hypoallergenic foundations and skin care so that we don't cause any flare up and your skin looks flawless. Please do let me know of any skin problems before I do your make-up as this determines the products I use.
i don't wear much make-up. WHat can you do for me?
A lot of my brides don't wear a lot of make-up in their everyday lives and, therefore, feel apprehensive about their wedding make-up. Looking like yourself when you walk down the aisle is important. So, at your trial, I will ask you to wear your everyday make-up to help me gauge what you'll like. I will use this to give you a wedding look you love and still feel comfortable with. With photos being taken all day, it is fair to warn that you could appear washed out if you wear no make-up. I will bear this in mind while applying your make-up.
what if i need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your trial, your fee is not refundable as this has acted also as your wedding day deposit. You can, however, move your trial date. If you need to cancel your wedding day services, this is dependent on the notice given. Check out my Terms & Conditions for more information.
what if i'm not happy with my preview?
We will work together to create your ideal wedding look, listening to your preferences and using my expertise to curate a finished look you adore. We can also try multiple ideas. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with the hair or make-up, then please do contact me immediately. After discussion into what we can do to alter the look, we can arrange a second trial free of charge or a reduced cost. This original fee, however, is non-refundable.
